Advanced Water Technologies has a variety of apprenticeships opportunities across the core areas of the business. In the past we have had successful apprenticeship programmes in our water treatment services division, IT, logistics and sales teams, and will expand our opportunities as we grow.
Apprenticeships are a great way of training a new generation of workers in a trade or profession. You will combine on-the-job training with more formal studies, supported at both your employer and your apprenticeship study provider. Modern apprenticeships are offered at different levels and for people of different ages and backgrounds. We have had a number of employees who have been offered the route of apprenticeship training.
Apprentices will be working in a friendly and supportive environment where their contribution will be valued. As we grow, we need people to progress through the business. When we recruit entry level positions, we are planning for future positions that you can move into after training.
Advanced Water Technologies offers a variety of work experience and placement opportunities through the year. There will be either to work on a specific project, or to get an overview of the business.
This is not only invaluable experience for when you are looking for jobs in the future, but also helps you decide what career path to take. Plus, if you make a good impression, you could be invited to apply for a permanent vacancy when the time comes!
